How can I get started?

Do you have any reviews, testimonials, or references?

How do I schedule a service? There are two ways to schedule: through our Online Booking Platform or through directly contacting SPSB owner Serena!

What are your hours? General Hours: 7am-7pm Monday-Sunday (Please contact Serena if you need an appointment outside of our regular hours) Serena's Office Hours: 9am-7pm Monday-Friday (Please be aware that Serena also has a daily work schedule so she will get back to you as soon as possible)

How do I cancel a service? Through our Online Booking Platform or contact SPSB owner Serena as soon as possible. Generally, please try to give us 24hrs notice for cancellation!

What Pet Care services do you offer and how much do you charge?

Do you background check your team? Every team member has been carefully vetted, screened, and background checked. Each team member is also local to the South Bay!

Do you take last minute or same day requests? Yes for existing clients! However, for last minute/same day requests as well as services requested for before or after hours, we cannot guarantee that we will have availability but we will try our best to accommodate as much as possible!

What Dog Training services do you offer and how much do you charge?

Will I meet my dog walker/pet sitter? Every new client must first set up a complimentary Meet and Greet with SPSB owner Serena. From there they are then able to schedule any additional Meet and Greets with any other team members.

How do you take payment? We primarily accept Credit Card as well as Google Pay & Apple Pay. All payment goes through our Payment Processing System via Email Invoice or Card Swipe. A service charge is added to each transaction to help cover operating costs.

What is your service area?

Will I have the same dog walker/pet sitter for every service? Services will typically be scheduled with team members based on location and availability. However, clients will typically have a primary dog walker/pet sitter as well as backup ones.

How can I get details about each service as it happens? We offer our clients the option to receive automated text messages that provide them with a link to an online report that gives details of the service.

Are you insured? Yes! We carry Liability Insurance.

How many dogs are walked at one time? Do you do pack walks? We currently only offer Private Walking versus pack walking. We will walk multiple dogs at a time but only if they are from the same household or if we have instruction and consent from multiple owners who know one another personally.

Do you offer boarding, daycare, or grooming? We do not currently offer these services but we hope to offer them in the future!

Do you have any policies in place? Do I need to complete any paperwork? All new pet care clients are required to read and sign our policies page and fill out a new client intake form. All new training clients are required to read and sign a training contract. All paperwork will be sent following the Meet & Greet or 1hr Training Evaluation.

Are any vaccines required? We require that vaccines are up to date. Rabies, DA2PP, Bordetella, K9 Influenza and Leptospirosis.
